A Norwegian catalogue of concrete examples of what people use AI agents for, with an English edition of every page.
What this is
Agentguiden publishes practical examples: which tool, which steps, and a prompt you can adapt. The point is the work itself, whether that is a tax checklist, a NAV letter or a week of dinners.
The seed examples are written by the editors. The source line says Agentguiden editors, and it links here. We do not invent quotes, people, statistics or external articles. If a later example rests on a public source, that source is named with a link and a date.
Five agents a day
Five agents a day is a short daily email with five concrete AI-agent use cases. Sign up on the front page. The address is stored only once sending is connected. How we handle it is in the privacy notice.
What an example is not
An example is a way of working. It is not advice from Skatteetaten, NAV, Altinn or an accountant, and it is not a promise that a tool will do the job for you. You check figures, deadlines and code yourself.
