What was done
On 16 August 2026 Allie K. Miller writes that she went for a walk with the ChatGPT app and Codex remote. She asked Codex to make a sticky note on the Mac for tasks and notes. She asked it to go through important email. That meant ordinary email, client email, contracts, invoices and urgent bug reports. Newsletters and news could be skipped. Along the way she decided, item by item. Some were to be ignored. Some were to be deleted. Some were to be archived. Some were to be starred. One draft was to say she would be there on Tuesday night, and ask if she should bring wine. An invoice that needed more than a draft was to go on the note. She writes that the voice stops after 90 minutes. If the agent says it is checking and then goes quiet, a permission window is often behind it. The profile says New York, NY.
