It wrote a separate message for each listing that was good, and emailed him a digest he could use from his phone. He put down a deposit on a 1-bed in London, in an area he had as high priority, in just under a week. He writes that the price was what people ask for a room. He did not have to go through new ads himself. It was done with Claude Cowork, Claude for Chrome and Gmail MCP. It cost Claude PRO and about 40$ in extra use for running twice a day for 5 days.
