An invoice to his own email, sent after a yes
Nick has a routine that builds an invoice PDF and sends it to his own email. He replies yes or asks for corrections. Only then does it go on. He sends the PayPal request himself.

What was done
On 7 October 2026 Nick (@maietta) writes that a skill in the workflow is to bill an amount for work performed or reimbursements. The system sets up an invoice PDF and sends it to his email. He replies yes, or suggests corrections. It then sends the invoice when he tells it to. He writes that it knows where to send it. He himself follows up with a money request in PayPal, with the invoice ID. He writes that ACH deposits are something he pictures later. The profile says Northern California.
How it went
The invoice goes to him first, and onward only when he says so. The post states no amount and no recipient.
Worth knowing
ACH is not in use. The post shows no invoice. Check the original. This is not accounting advice.
How to do it
- Ask the system to make a PDF for [work] and send it only to your own email.
- Reply yes, or write the correction. Do not let it go on because you were silent.
- Send any money request yourself, with the invoice ID, after you have sent the invoice.
Try it with Valgfri agent
Make an invoice PDF for [amount] for [work]. Send it only to me. Do not send it to [recipient] until I reply yes to the email. Do not collect the money.
Replace text in brackets with your own.
Done when. You have replied yes or asked for a correction, and the recipient has not got the invoice without that reply.
Safety rule. The invoice is not sent to the client, and no payment is collected, until you say yes.
