What was done
On 7 May 2026 he writes in r/AI_Agents that he helped a friend's food wholesaler in Dallas, Texas. The customers are restaurants, cafes, small shops, bakeries, cloud kitchens and local retail. Before, it was Excel, phone, text and email. One flow finds local businesses through Google Maps and zip codes in the area. One flow is a copy writer: YouTube transcripts via Apify, and a ChatGPT project that writes short copy with no links, split by the customers' problems. Email is found through Apollo and Apify and checked in Million Verifier. Inboxes on Aerosend were warmed for 3 weeks and added to smartlead. Stock signals give low stock, reorder suggestions, fast and slow items, margin and a daily dashboard. Before, they were at about $22K a month. After 4 months he writes around $45K a month, roughly 2x. Contacts went from about 120 a month to 1,500+. Verified local leads sat around 900 a month. Positive replies sat around 55 a month. New customers went from 3-4 a month to 12-15. Manual work fell by around 60 percent.
