Six bots forgot the task, the limit came in 3-4 days

The author trained 6 Grok bots and a director of operations for the brokerage. They sometimes sent twice to clients and rebuilt the spreadsheet. On the 200 dollar plan the limit was reached in 3-4 days. He would not let them replace an assistant.

Done with Grok BotAdvanced

This is a public report, not advice from Skatteetaten, NAV, Altinn or an accountant. Check figures, deadlines and decisions against the original.

What was done

On 24 August 2026 the author writes that he used Grok Bot for just short of a week in his brokerage. He built and trained 6 team members and one bot as director of operations. They worked together. He connected GoHighLevel, Gmail, Sheets and Calendar, and let them learn tone from sent messages and email. They learned the schedule, the clients, the prospects and the daily duties. One bot was attached to an iPhone to read iMessages. Cards for sending a message or an email expired quickly if he did not click. The bot then forgot the card and gave up. When he asked for something at a specific time, it forgot, apologised and promised not to do it again, and forgot again. Sometimes they sent a message or an email twice to clients. On a Google Sheet that was meant to be the work board, they rebuilt the sheet on every update and removed progress. Even on the Premium plan at 200 dollars he reached the usage limit in 3-4 days. He writes that 200 dollars for 3-4 days did not replace a virtual assistant. He would not let them run the calendar, the board, email or the CRM.

How it went

He did not trust them with clients, the calendar or the CRM after the week. The limit on the 200 dollar plan came in 3-4 days. Double sends and a rebuilt sheet are what he describes.

Worth knowing

The clients who got a double message are not named. He does not say sending was turned off afterwards. Just short of a week and 3-4 days are his time spans. Check the original. This is not advice about your client lists.

How to do it

  1. Let the bot draft email, and require a card you must approve before sending.
  2. If the card expires, the task should stop, not go out later without a new yes.
  3. Ask it to add new rows to the sheet. It should not rebuild the sheet.

Try it with Grok Bot

Read [inbox] and draft. Do not send email or a message. Do not rebuild [sheet]. If an approval card expires, stop until I say yes.

Replace text in brackets with your own.

Done when. The draft has been read, the sheet has not been replaced, and no message has been sent without a yes.

Safety rule. No send to clients and no new board until you have said yes.
