Every day at 7 a note arrives with the 10 most important stories on AI, his clients and the consulting industry. It is in the inbox before he finishes his coffee. Every Monday, Deep Research runs on the top 3 competitors and looks for launches, press, executive changes and funding. Every Wednesday, figures arrive for activity and engagement on social media. Every Friday, a weekly summary arrives for each active client project. On the first day of the month, a market update arrives. A weekly task looks for new startups in marketing automation that received seed funding in the last 30 days. He plans the prompts and tracks the credits. A competitor file has been building automatically for months.
