Order logged, commission set to the ship date
Elvis Rigglet asked Grok Bot to log an order, move it to October and set the commission to the ship date. The bot found that the deposit date he gave was a day off, and left the client email in drafts.

What was done
On 8 October 2026 Elvis Rigglet writes that he said: log the order, move it to October, commission is on the ship date. The bot found the proforma invoice, checked it against the purchase order and the bank slip, and saw that the deposit date he gave was a day off. It logged the order, set up a commission register and pinged him when it was done. From a two-line factory message it built a packing list and a client email, which it filed in Gmail drafts. The profile says Shenzhen. He writes that he does the selling, and the bot does the work around the sale.
How it went
The order was logged, and the email was left in drafts. The post does not state the order amount.
Worth knowing
The date he himself gave was wrong, and the bot caught it against the documents. That is a reason to let the documents be the source, not memory. Check the original. This is not accounting advice.
How to do it
- Give the agent the proforma, the purchase order and the bank slip, and say which date you think the deposit has.
- Ask it to say if the date does not match, before it logs the order.
- Leave the client email in drafts until you have read it.
Try it with Grok Bot
Log [order] in [system]. Move it to [month]. Commission applies on [ship date]. Check it against [proforma], [purchase order] and [bank slip]. Tell me if the date I gave does not match. Leave the client email in drafts. Do not send it.
Replace text in brackets with your own.
Done when. The order is logged, the date mismatch is shown, and the email is unsent.
Safety rule. The client email is not sent. The date is checked against the documents, not only against what you remember.
