What was done
On 8 October 2026 Sunnyvale (@SunnyvaleSBay) writes that each night ChatGPT pulls completed orders, compares the order form with the CRM and creates a draft invoice for review. The deal name and the amount go to a Google sheet. Another scheduled prompt writes the names of sent invoices beside that. A weekly job reads completed contracts, looks for insurance requirements and fills them in the CRM. Another looks through email for things to file, such as NDAs, and attaches them to the customer folder. He estimates that about 20 such jobs are running. He also had it write commission software of 1,400 lines. The profile says San Jose.
How it went
The same day he asked for two 13-inch MacBook Air M5 laptops with 16 GB of memory and 512 GB of storage for new employees starting the next week. The agent used the company card at the bank he was logged in to, and the address from the HR system, and ordered the laptops. It also filled out a form to send a box to someone who was leaving. He had to remind it to file the receipts.
Worth knowing
The invoice is a draft until he has seen it. The receipts were not filed until he reminded it. The card was available because he was logged in. Check the original. This is not accounting advice.
How to do it
- Let the scheduled job create a draft invoice, not send an invoice.
- If it is to order equipment, state the model, memory, storage, quantity and address, and require a summary before payment.
- Ask it to file the receipt in the same pass. Check that it is actually there.
